Crankset Installation Procedure

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Confirm the BB Shell width before assembling.

2. Screw the right cup and left cup into BB Shell and lock with special tool.(antilockwise locking torque:45-50N.m).

3. Insert the right crankset to the BB shel.

4. Insert the left crank to the axles of the right crankset.at the same time,the left crank and the right crankset should be180 degrees in the opposite direction.then lock in the axle screw tp left end of the axle.(Clockwise threads).At thiemoment,the groovs of the left crank is the most widest.

5. Use the attached locking tool to tighten the axle screw(Clockwise threads).

6. With a 3mm hex wrench tighten the screws.

7. Use 8mm hex wrench to tighten theleft cranklocking screws.

8. Use 5mm hex wrench to tighten the left crank locking screws,for the two left crank locking.do not tighten them for onetime from one side.

Tighten them alternatively from one side and please confirm the locking torque of the hex wrenchis12-15N.m.
